N&#8217;oubliez pas votre fid\u00e8le \u00e9cran total, surtout pour le visage et m\u00eame par temps nuageux : les rayons du soleil acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent le processus de vieillissement cutan\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si vous ne poss\u00e9dez pas d\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, posez vous 10 minutes par jour \u00e0 la fen\u00eatre. M\u00eame si celle-ci ne donne pas en plein soleil, les rayons UV sont refl\u00e9t\u00e9s par les surfaces et les couleurs et r\u00e9ussiront quand m\u00eame \u00e0 atteindre votre peau. Veillez toutefois \u00e0 garder la fen\u00eatre bien ouverte car les vitres font obstacle aux rayons UVB, alors ouvrez grand et a\u00e9rez-vous un peu l&#8217;esprit !<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">On l&#8217;absorbe en s&#8217;exposant, mais on en trouve aussi dans notre alimentation. Poissons gras, produits laitiers et certains v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sont riches en vitamine D.
