I really recommend this salon, I've lived in Paris for 4 years and haven't found a salon to become a "regular" at until this one.
There was an accidental double booking when I arrived because I booked 2 hours before but it was handled so well by the team. (They're updating their scheduling software to integrate the Treatwell bookings). They were able to fit me in without rushing which was great because they're quite popular !
They washed my hair, asked if I wanted to have a deep conditioning treatment (soin), and when I was done proposed a coffee, tea or water while I waited for the hairstylist. I was assigned to Philippe, who knew exactly what I wanted as soon as I explained and showed a picture. I watched as he cut my hair and gave it some layers. I was really satisfied with the way he cut my hair, honestly, I felt really reassured. Then he blow dried my hair (brushing) by giving it some volume and adding some soft curls at the end to ensure my hair looked flawless for the rest of the day.
I really liked this salon and I will be back, I felt welcomed and was treated so well despite it being their busiest hour of the day. The haircut and brushing were done so well, you can tell he knows exactly what he's doing ! Merci 109 Grenelle team !
