I recently had a fabulous haircut at 17th Beauty! There was no language barrier at all, the atmosphere was chic and welcoming, and my stylist offered a suggestion to try bangs. I went for it, and it completely transformed my look—my face has never looked better! The attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding.
