I’m disappointed. Amy is not professional. Maybe she doesn’t know how to do pedicures ? She used a nail clipper and didn’t use a nail file. Some of the tools looked very unhygienic and felt bad. I paid for a foot massage also but it’s not worth it at all..It was so bad.. When I got home, I realised that I still had a lot of leftover stuff on my feet. In the end, I had to redo the pedicure by myself..

J’ai effectué une épilation du maillot dans votre institut. L’esthéticienne a appliqué une cire beaucoup trop chaude, ce qui m’a causé deux brûlures qui sont toujours visibles une semaine plus tard. Je vous ai déjà contactés pour vous faire part du problème et, éventuellement, demander un geste commercial compte tenu du préjudice subi. Cependant, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse de votre part. Je trouve cela très décevant, tant pour l’incident lui-même que pour l’absence totale de réponse.
