Suite à ma dernière visite, j’étais satisfaite de la prestation, mais j’estime qu’elle ne méritait pas un 5/5. Suite à mon avis, le salon m’a contactée à 7h du matin pour me réprimander, car ma note de 4/5 aurait fait baisser leur taux de satisfaction. Ils m’ont même demandé de ne plus revenir à cause de ça, ce que je trouve disproportionné. Une note de 4/5 reste positive et honnête selon moi. Dommage que ce retour ait été si mal reçu.

I booked a manicure and then I was asked to wait for a moment. After 15 minutes of waiting without any explanation I approached the receptionist and then again I was asked to wait for 20 minutes more. As I couldn’t wait the services was not provided and as I had prepaid for the manicure I haven’t been reimbursed yet.
