I was expecting a deep cleansing of the skin - because they use steam! Instead I was given a very superficial cleansing that didn’t really help my skin. The way they describe it it gives you the idea that it will be something different from the actual service. Even though the experience was pleasant and nice, it simply wasn’t what I was looking for
