Great result, but disappointing service.
The Good: Efficient work, and the nails look super natural and clean.
The Bad: I booked a Gel refill but got Acrylic without being informed. I was also charged an extra €10 for two damaged nails, even though they were just refilled, not rebuilt. When I brought this up, the staff was not understanding at all and quite unfriendly.
Summary: Love the nails, but the customer service was a letdown.
