La prestation n’était pas du tout douce, et on sent les ongles de l’esthéticienne sur le visage. J’ai eu très très mal au niveau de la nuque pendant la prestation. Il faut prendre son temps avec les clients, et surtout ne pas faire les prestations rapidement et par force. Très déçue.

Really disappointed with my wax. I wasn’t welcomed very warmly and I felt that my waxer just wanted to be done as quick as possible. I had made it clear it was my first time getting a brazilian, but she still just didn’t really speak to me or offer me any guidance on what to do during or after the appointment. My skin is still very irritated and in pain and still has many spots of hair even after I told her that I still saw hair. Really feels like a waste of money.
