The salon was busy when I arrived, and I was happy to wait, but once started, I felt Marina was trying to finish as quickly as possible. The woman who washed my hair was kind, but the cut from Marina was rushed, sloppy, and she was aggressive when I asked her to consider the direction of my hair growth. I left with hair shorter than what I expected and an uneven cut, as she only cut it to the back and not with any movement. I felt that she did not care at all about me, just wanted to get home.
