Susy was not able to look after me. She left 1 1/2 hour sitting on the chaur and didin‘t control my hair. Not once. She went out and made fone calls for 1 hour. 60 Minutes. Until another costumer came. After that I had to wait another 30 minutes. It was no respect. If at least the result would be good…I got redish roots and darkgray hair on the botton.
