i have made a reservation for ban zen siam but unfortunetly, i could not come at that time.I called them lots of times to give a heads up and to cancel my reservation (in the number they sent me via message) but they didn't answer any of my calls and today i noticed that i have been charged the full fare of the massage that i didn't even go
