The staff was welcoming and kind. A member of staff warmly greeted me as soon as I arrived and offered me a drink. They were punctual with appointment. The atmosphere was calm, peaceful and the lighting was perfect. Music was relaxing but maybe more of a variety could be used. The waiting area was very clean and organized. Spa room was tidy and beautiful!

Très bonne expérience. Très bien accueillie et l'espace est propre. C'est un vrai plaisir de sentir des parfums lorsque l'on entre dans l'institut. La personne qui m'a prise en charge est très agréable et professionnelle. J'y retournerai😊
