Face un retard dans l'horaire prévu du RV, j'ai été prévenue préalablement par téléphone. Lorsque je suis arrivée j'ai été
bien accueillie et j'ai bénéficié d'un massage/fauteuil pour bien supporter l'attente. Le personnel présent a été très accueillant et attentif (verre d'eau/café) puis malgré l'heure très tardive (21H alors que l'institut ferme à 20H) j'ai pu attendre un séchage complet.
