We arrived an hour early but were just checking if that was an issue. She said our appointment was on 29/5 instead of 24/5 but both bookings clearly said 24/5. She kept arguing that we booked hands but it said feet. (twice) There was another client who was asking to move the appointment of her daughter and they started screaming to each other. Our lady was very rough with our feet, the regular polish was destroyed in 2 days and for the gel she burned my toenail upon removal… Would never go back
