Employée très aimable, établissement sympathique, mais massage peu agréable. Cependant, je n’ai que peu de points de comparaison, donc c’est peut-être juste pas mon truc.

Disappointing. Poor hygiene - pre-used tools were cleaned by spraying with alcohol and wiping with a cotton pad. No autoclaves in sight. Drill bits used on nails were too large and painful on the skin. Nails were over-buffed, leaving deep ridges that will take several weeks to grow out. Nail polish was applied too thick and unevenly. Staff member was friendly and was clearly trying her best.
