Both the welcome you receive & the massage room are cold. There were no warm smiles & the staff were all talking loudly amongst themselves which I think is about scheduling, as I arrived at the same time as another client. The towel they cover you with, during the session is damp (and with a particularly cold spring this doesn't help). The Thai traditional massage I booked wasn't relaxing at all;I was shivering with the cold room & damp towel, plus inferior & painful massage. Not coming back.
