I booked an appointment for a blowout and curls, but the experience was deeply disappointing. The stylist clearly lacked basic blowout technique—there was zero volume, and they repeatedly overheated my hair. The curls were sloppy, and instead of leaving with a polished finish, my naturally shiny hair looked frizzy and heat-damaged. I ended up washing it out the second I got home because it honestly looked worse than my natural, unstyled hair.
