They changed my appointment to the next day because they were not available when I did the reservation... then the next day they changed the hour of my appointment without telling me, I noticed because of a text message of treatwell. Then, unfortunately I couldn’t attend because that schedule was complicated for me, I called them to cancel, and the girl menaced me telling me that I was going to get a fine because of that and that she was going to talk to treatwell so I will get charged... she was really rude. I don’t know how are the services in this place but customer attention is the worst.

J’ai passé 2h30 dans le salon juste pour un soin et une coupe... tout ça parce qu’il n’y avait qu’une coiffeuse qui bossait et l’autre qui passait son temps sur le téléphone! Pourtant j’avais une reservation et je suis arrivée à l’heure mais faut croire qu’ils ont des priorités bizarres dans ce salon... Sans compter les conseils qui m’ont été donné par quelqu’un de très mal placé pour ça ! Je ne reviendrai pas ça et c’est dommage parce que la prestation avait vraiment été respectée !
