I ordered a complete pedicure and got an express. When I told them at checkout they did not listen to me. I know what is involved with a complete pedicure and this was not given to me. This was my second time at the salon and I will not go back. If they had reimbursed me for difference in price (express vs. complete) I would have been satisfied. However, it was dishonest to take the extra money for a different treatment that was not performed.
