It doesnt change much if you make an appointement, as they will take other people before you. My manicure was bad - the color I chose was a very hold bottle. I told them , but they insisted on re-using it by adding acetone to it. For what we pay for a manicure, they should use good quality products and not old ones. After 3 days, the nail polish is coming off.
