I had a RDV at 15h on Aug 10. They changed my time to 17h and then called me to tell me that they could not take me. They gave me a new appt for the next day at 15h but after waiting 1.5 hours we still had not been seen by a stylist. We had to Leave. I have prepaid and would like a full refund
