Cela fait plusieurs mois que je soigne mes cheveux dans ce salon (coloration, coupe, brushing) et je suis toujours aussi satisfaite de la qualité des prestations. Donia, qui s'occupe de moi, est une vraie professionnelle, toujours de bon conseil, très patiente, souriante et dynamique, c'est toujours un réel plaisir d'y aller ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, Cristina, Julie, pour l'accueil chaleureux à chaque rendez-vous !
The website offers Inoa hair colouring which they confirmed over the phone when I booked my appointment. Next morning I came to my appointment, the stylist who was unapologetically late, told me they stopped Inoa and replaced with another product. Nothing wrong with that if they had just told me that the day before as I’m quite specific about what is right for my hair after a good 7 years of dying my hair. I argued it was misinformation, she said they had no trace of my appointment anyway whilst I called twice! Then I decided to still go with the product they had as I was travelling two days after for holidays and had no choice. Upon choosing the color, she aggressively and quite condescendingly told me that I didn’t quite understand Colors. Sure I don’t it’s her expertise but I know what is right for me. To which point I left and found another lovely salon La Bottega del Coiffeur with a professional and very pleasant attitude.
Bad experience. Misinformation. Condescending and on the edge of politeness member of staff.
J'ai emmener mon ado de 12 ans qui avait les cheveux longs. La seule indication que j'ai donné c'est qu'il lui fallait les cheveux courts mais pas militaire. La coiffeuse lui a réalisé une coupe tondeuse et ciseau. Cela fait un mois. Elle lui a très bien coupé les cheveux en lui laissant une petite frange . Coupé pensé pour la repousse . C'est cheveux ce place bien et la frange devient manifique .
Ne savent absolument pas s'occuper des cheveux longs. Après une longue attente, j'ai eu affaire à une "coiffeuse" qui ne savait pas ce que voulait dire désépaissir. En guise de dégradé je me suis retrouvée avec un carré version tête de mouton. Heureusement que je lui ai dit d'arrêter le massacre. Il m'a fallu des mois d'attente avant de repasser entre les mains de professionnels.
Girls were not friendly. When I arrived I was waiting 15 min when the girls stop to chat and eat. Super dirty. Hairs were everywhere. They didn’t even wash the hairbrushes. She just took first hairbrush with white hair after another girl.
On thé top of it without asking me she cut my fringe and charge it. Normally all ask it.
Botox is very stinky. Still strong smell. I’m not sure it’s organic.
For sure I will not come back.
