Hortense took such good care of my hair! She reassured me throughout the relaxing process because I was worried about my scalp since I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis. Everything went smoothly, no burning feeling on my scalp. Her hair care routine after relaxing my hair was wonderful because I find that my scalp is actually a lot less itchy since my visit. She's very experienced in using the Avlon and Keracare products, which for me is a huge plus! I definitely recommend her.
