I got a Brazilian keratin treatment on mid-length hair. As I have thick hair, they charged me 10 euros extra, which is reasonable. But also because of my thick hair, it took longer than the expected 3 hours to complete my treatment. The salon is understaffed and as a result, at times I felt that they were rushing through my hair which made the experience painful at times. Also the owner of the Salon is nice, but her assistant did not have proper training so sometimes the work had to be done twice. All in all, not a relaxing 4.5 hours and I would probably not go back. But the end result on my hair is satisfactory.
