I went to the spa and had a really warm welcome. Maly explained all the details and prepared everything very good. It was my first treatment at the spa and my first microdermabrasion. Unfortunately I left the spa without seeing the result. While doing the facial she somehow hurt my forehead - so eversince I have a big scar (!!) I really hope it will heal but I am very disappointed about this result that was not supposed to happen.
