Sorry to say this as most of the ladies there are very very nice and polite but in this appointment, I didn't understand what she said right away and then she raised her voice at me.. and then she continued to raise her voice at me throughout the appointment. Even when I tried to ask a question she was quick to frustration/anger. I'm here to fix a nail, not to be a punching bag. The nail also turned out a bit crooked. The other ladies are nice but I wouldn't come back after that experience.
