I'm so disappointed. I thought perhaps I just didn't like the tight curl styling that was done on my previously very long hair (I wanted loose curls/waves). Today the curls have fallen out and I see she cut twice as much as i asked, she did no layering just a blunt cut at the back which looks bad with my thick hair and made a mess of the feathering framing my face. I don't think she had much training because my scalp hurt after all the pulling and ripping of my hair during the brushing with their very old tatty brush. I won't return which is a shame as I previously had good experiences there.
