Reception was friendly, but the hair dresser wasn’t professional at all ! First he was very rough, second he was brushing my hair so hard it was hurting my ears and skull . They way he moved my head was ridiculous ! I told him I just want a trim and layers , please do not cut short , he went straight and cut 20 cm off and asked me if the Length is okay. What am I supposed to say? He is supporting to show me how much he is about to cut in front of the mirror before he cut it !!!
