I waited 15 minutes to start, although I made sure I came before my appointment. I thought she might be preparing the room but no... she took of my makeup, exfoliated my face for 5 seconds and then she put the steamer on my face. Then she squeezed out a couple of black heads (didn’t even touch my nose) after that she put a permade mask, those you buy at the store, the face-shaped ones. And that was it... i could have done this shit at home for 7 euros Or less. She didn’t even massage my scalp. And I went home with frizzy hair because she didn’t put a hair net or a towel on it to protect it from the steam. The lights on the sealing were too bright and annoying. Oh and the whole time There was a kid yelling and crying none stop because she’s getting her hair cut and she doesn’t like it.
I went to relax and treat myself, instead I went home with a headache, frizzy hair and 49 euros less rich.
I can safely say that I won’t be coming back.
