I came to get my roots done.
Three days after the appointment I’m feeling unhappy because I see my roots are unevenly done and my grays just partially covered so it looks as if I’d done a bad home job myself.
This was the second time I came to this salon and each time I had to ask that they apply a lighter touch when handling my hair - my scalp/hair felt tugged and pulled through the whole process. My scalp felt as though it was going through a game of tug and war - ouch!
