Great service! The lady who was in charge was extremely gentle; professional and attentive. I highly recommend her. About the machine, I couldn't say whether or not it helps to lose weight since the machine is completely different from the one I already know. 20' is just the enough time to feel relax and confortable with the coolness. It would have been perfect if they offer the full 50' treatment (tarif découverte) to be sure of the results.
