I said I don't want layers, I want my hair at the same length and just a bit curved. I showed a photo. Okay, I don't know French, but I showed a photo. I really can't believe he cut my hair in layers (that I don’t want), and the layer on the right side is shorter than the left side! Also, he was not friendly at all, the other female person was much friendlier and tried to help.
