When I arrived I had to wait 15minutes they didn’t even ask my name or if I had an appointment or that there would be a wait just told me to sit down. I asked for a few inches cut off my hair only but the hairdresser didn’t listen and cut a lot more off. After asking me the first cut if I was happy I said yes but he continued to cut? And then thinned out my hair without asking me? I did not want my hair thinned out! Also when leaving only then did they say my hair was extra long to pay +€5!
