I have long curly hair and booked an appointment for 1h 30mins. They double booked me with another person and my appointment lasted less than 25 minutes. It NEVER takes me less than an hour minimum. The guy who did my hair didn’t wash my hair properly because he was in such a rush, and when he did the blowdry it was so rushed it felt painful like he was pulling my hair. I paid for the flat iron and he didn’t even want to do it, had to argue with him when he finally did it with attitude.
