A mixed experience, I had to wait quarter of an hour with no explanation. I don’t mind waiting but I would like to be told what is happening. The room I was in was rather cold, but it was a cold and damp day. The Massage was very good and worked on the parts that needed working on. However, afterwards I had a pain in one of the pressure points in my neck which took two days to ease.
