The stylist was initially very nice and professional. I paid for a balayge which to my understanding is usually well blended and without harsh lines (I’ve had this done to my hair before, at different salons) However I found this service to be more like chunky hilights, and very clear where the color was added - not at all natural. This is especially clear when my hair is tied-up. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was not offered any amendments or reimbursement.
