She was very nice and the store decorations were not bad at all. However, there was a lack of a calming ambiance that made the overall experience not great. You could hear people coming in and out of the store as you just lie there at one side of the room (eyes closed) with no privacy. You could hear all these noise around you--- even the keyboard of the aesthetician's phone when she's texting someone or even taking a photo of something.
