Hi, I made RDV at 4pm for nail and they made me wait like 2hours&half for nothing and create a drama cause they over booked. My Vietnamese friend helped me to manage this but she told me the way they tell was very rude and put it on me. When I had my turn finally women kept talking and laughing with her colleagues and made my fingers bleed and she try not to focus so I was in super panic and painful so all the customers heard and saw I was in pain. I hope no foreigners will have same experience.
