All together it was a good experience. I get waxing done for 10+ years now and would say that it was solid, but the technique could have been better to make it a bit less painful (no holding back of the skin when pulling, too much of skin area covered at once etc). Also, I still had some wax left on my legs which then stuck to my clothes which was annoying.
