I later learned this information was incorrect and that I lost my reservation at my expense. I was also told I must pay again, although your salon is paid when a client cancels last minute, which was the reason for my request. This miscommunication cost me time and money. I request a commercial gesture; otherwise, I will take my money elsewhere.
