Rendez-vous à 19h00, j’arrive à l’institut à 18h50 la cabine était occupée, je demande donc de faire une épilation des sourcils en attendant. À 19h05, on me demande de patienter 10 min, à 19h15 l’esthéticienne me demande d’attendre 15 min. Je lui dis que j’avais rendez-vous à 19h et que malheureusement je ne pourrai pas attendre jusqu’à 19h30 vu que la prestation est censée durer 1h. Je demande donc le remboursement, jusqu’à ce jour je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu. C’était la dernière fois !!!
