Cuticle removal was not peasant using a sharp tool. Pedicure and manicure were quite poor - for pedicure I had to ask to polish the dead skin as she thought it was not needed and for manicure there was no soaking in water, painful cuticle remover and finally I had to ask for cream at the end.
