Completely understaffed/overbooked, which led to waiting lines even for those who had an appointment. It was quite uncomfortable, hot, and packed. Because it was so busy, the staff could not pay full attention to what they were doing and didn't properly clean the spaces between clients. I had booked a 45 minutes spa treatment, yet was moved to the waiting area after 25 minutes to make space for a new client, where the staff tried to continue my treatment on the pillows reserved for those waiting

L’atmosphère et l’accueil n’étaient pas au rendez-vous. Au lieu de vivre une bonne expérience, j’avais l’impression que c’était du travail en chaîne et bâclé alors que c’est pour une beauté des mains. Vraiment déçue, je ne recommande pas ce salon.
