The salon called an hour before to ask me to come 30 minutes later, I said i could not. I had an event I have been going 4 years here. The lady said OK, I walked over 30 minutes and she told me i would wait but also she spoke to her client about me when i complained and she was very rude no apologies and did not realise i understood French, to go to a salon i know well and treated like that was horrible to speak to a client about another right there is so nasty. Very dissatisfied.
