I went to this salon many times and loved it. But this time my experience was so bad: I waited for extra 25 minutes to be served. After that, the girl cut me several times, with out saying any “désolé” or anything (I still have blood and few places got swollen). Not to mention, that instead of doing Spa manicure (the one I paid for), she just cut quickly my cuticles (no gommage, no cream, not even put my hands in the waiter before manicure). Voilà.
