staff was super busy and not very nice. had to wait a long time without explanation and they took turns doing the manicure which lead to confusion and lack of consistency. they were on personal calls or using their phones to text all the time. no smile or polite smalltalk, bad quality manicure done way too rushed. no nail oil or lotion after the treatment. honestly not worth it, probably my worst manicure ever.

Bonne prestation cependant salon bondé avec seulement 3 personnes staffées pour jusqu’à 7 clients en même temps dans le salon qui est très petit ! Difficile de se détendre dans ce contexte.
