Irina didn't use any heat protectant on my hair and hit it with the highest heat. She burned my scalp a few times but my hair was frying as she was blow drying it. She then said I was done and walked immediately over to the cash without applying hairspray or product to keep the burned hairs and strays in place....I would not recommend coming to this salon.
