The treatment was done by a newcomer in the staff. The result was great, but the way to get there was pretty "though": being totally new, the person was very slow and seemed like a beginner. It never took me 40 mins for such an epilation.. Longer times means longer suffering^^ the service itself was great, personnel always super kind, and the outcome also good. But as a tip: don't put newcomers on such delicate treatments as epilation maillot complet.
