i went to your parlour to get my semi nail polish removed. The process was going fine though my nails being sensitive it was burning me a bit as yang scrubbed my nail i tightened my finger a couple of times as it was stinging me - instead of being a little gentle - Yang squeezed my thumb very hard and I was in pain - I also have a picture to show how red it became after he kept tightly holding my thumb so much so it left a red mark. I am in shock with this aggresive behaviour.

Ce n’était pas Yang qui m’a effectuée ma prestation, un homme, aucune douceur, aucun tact, gare à vous si vous changez de couleur sinon il va s’énerver 🤣 ridicule
Il m’a d’ailleurs sali mes affaires avec un vernis qu’il a fait tomber, il ne s’est ni excusé ni a tenté de nettoyer, contrairement à Yang. Je laisse des chances à ce salon mais ça n’en vaut pas la peine.
