Je suis simplement venue faire une dépose de vernis semi permanent. La technicienne n’a pas mis de vernis sur l’ongle ensuite alors que dans tous les instituts une base protectrice est posée.

i went to your parlour to get my semi nail polish removed. The process was going fine though my nails being sensitive it was burning me a bit as yang scrubbed my nail i tightened my finger a couple of times as it was stinging me - instead of being a little gentle - Yang squeezed my thumb very hard and I was in pain - I also have a picture to show how red it became after he kept tightly holding my thumb so much so it left a red mark. I am in shock with this aggresive behaviour.
